A Law Firm Concentrating in Collections...

Our core purpose is to create partnerships that provide clients with peace of mind through expert advice and zealous representation. We are a family-owned and managed law firm located in Pittsburgh, PA. Our firm concentrates in Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy & Restructuring, and Business Law. In all of our transactions, one variable remains the same: a commitment to respecting and understanding our clients’ best interests and bottom line. We approach each client with the same care and diligence in which we handle our own business needs.

An important component to our business approach is our attorneys, who are not only nationally recognized leaders in their practice areas; but also, a fine representation of experience and innovation. Quite simply, we are among the area’s best, most respected, and most trustworthy law firms. Our clients can feel confident about working with us and knowing that we understand their business.

  • More board-certified creditors’ rights specialists than any other law firm in Pennsylvania

  • Lawyers that will be involved with your claim every step of the way

  • Ability to track your claim online

  • In the collection business for more than 40 years

Joseph J. Bernstein, EsqJoseph J. Bernstein, Esq.
July 31, 1929 - November 10, 2007

Our world and the world of bankruptcy and collections is a little greyer as a result of the passing of Joe. He was a larger than life and made an impression everywhere he stood. He taught so many so much and helped so many to learn. There is a giant hole where there was once a giant man. For us and for many, it is truly the end of an era.
